Parent Education
California School Age Families Education (Cal-SAFE) is a comprehensive, integrated, community-linked, school-based program for expectant and parenting students and their children. Children of enrolled student parents are eligible for child care and development services until the child reaches five years of age or is enrolled in kindergarten, whichever occurs first.

Birth and Beyond
- For home visitation services moms must be pregnant or have a child up to 6 years of age and live in zip codes 95758, 95823, 95828, or 95829 & and no open CPS case.
- Parenting classes and all other Family Recourse Center services are open to the entire community.

Adolescent Family Life Program/Cal-Learn
- Services are for moms and dads 18 years of age and younger. If their family is receiving CalWORKs/TANF they will be enrolled in Cal-Learn. All other moms and dads will be enrolled in AFLP. Sutter AFLP/Cal-Learn

Nurse Family Partnership
- Moms must be expecting their first baby, be less than 28 weeks pregnant and live in Sacramento County.

Partners Parent-Participation Preschools
Our preschool program is theme-based and emphasizes the following:
- Hands-on learning
- Positive social interaction
- Acquisition of pre-reading and math skills based on each child’s developmental stage
We offer:
- Occasional field trips that add to the fun of learning
- Two parent conferences to review child’s progress
- One evening of parent education per month
Program is offered 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday; morning and afternoon sessions available.
Fee: $200 per month, plus $25 registration fee per child
