Welcome to Elk Grove Adult and Community Education (EGACE).  We proudly serve adults from throughout the Elk Grove and South Sacramento communities with high-quality, affordable opportunities to complete a secondary education, master the English language and basic skills and train for new careers.

Please accept my personal invitation to attend one of our orientations.  Learn about our educational and career training opportunities and student support services.  Our campus is home to the South County Career Center and South County Youth Works where staff are ready to assist you in searching for a job or beginning training for a rewarding career.

EGACE is also an official GED testing site, a service that is available to students and the general public.  We also offer employment certification assessments such as MOS, paraeducator, custodial and typing.  We partner with many community agencies to give you a rich offering of choices.

In addition, our community interest classes, offered through Always Learning, provide many opportunities to fulfill your lifelong learning interests, including parent education, computer applications for work and home, personal development and arts and crafts classes.

EGACE has served the South Sacramento County region for nearly 50 years by offering a wide variety of training programs to meet the ever-changing demands of our community.
